A Libyan plane arriving from SouthAfrica  on landing  exploded at Tripoli airport. About 100 people lost their life in the incident.93 passengers and 11 crew members  boarded flight 8U771 from Johannesburg to Tripoli ,libya.A 8 year old Dutch boy was the lone survivor in the incident.
Afriqiyah Airways of Libya is running with leased Airbus planes ...and the incident would greatly affect their airways.
It is really astonishing that 51 years ago today, on May 12, 1959, a United Arab Airlines Douglas DC-3 crashed near Ayayda, Egypt. All 34 passengers and crew aboard were killed. In recent months the number of air disaster have increased highly ...and many people are looking on the safety of air travel.some of recent air accidents are ....

14 April 2010 PK-MDE (B733), XA-TUE (A30B).........
10 April 2010 Polish Air Force TU-154M (101) ...........
19 November 2009 CAA MD-82 9Q-CAB (Goma, DR Congo)...
08 June 2009 Air France flight 447.......
23 March 2009 FedEx MD-11F N526FE accident...........

The rise in Air accidents shows that we should take necessary actions to enhance the safety during air travel...........may be the changes in Climatic conditions and Global warming has caused the increase in such fatal Accidents,Many even argue that Pilots are getting more casual and some pilots stressed out by Airlines without any Rest.In coming years it is certain that there will be a stedy rise in air traffic and safety will be a major concern.
